Prevent är en ideell förening verksam inom arbetsmiljöområdet. Organisationen ägs gemensamt av Svenskt Näringsliv, LO och PTK. Föreningens uppdrag är att, i samverkan med arbetsmarknadens parter, förmedla kunskap om arbetsmiljöfrågor och utveckla metoder som stöd för det systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet på arbetsplatser inom den privata sektorn.
